Hi. I noticed something odd with one of my koi. She is a Kohaku. I managed to catch and examine her and this is what I found under her mouth. It is like a white sore with a hole underneath it. I have used wound spray on and put her back in the pond. She is eating well.

I realy wonder what happened to this koi. IMO it is more of an injury than a bacterial wound.
I believe this wound will heal without intervention in good quality water. But it may not heal to satisfaction.
I will strongly advise you give it some surgical stitches, after a good disinfection. And do two or three Bio Wound treatment sprays.
I hope your fish recover to its former high quality.
