We have two shipping methods.

1. Collection from our premises in Krugersdorp or Noordhoek, Cape Town.
2. Courier service with The Courier Guy.

We do not sell or ship internationally.

The length of time for delivery is generally within 7 working days.  If longer we will inform the buyer.

Larger products like Drum Filters and Bakki showers will be delivered by ourselves or shipped via special delivery with a logistics company.

We fly Koi to all major airports within South Africa. The buyer will need to collect from the airport or arrange their own courier service from the receiving airport.

Payfast and Yoco for credit and debit card payments. Payfast for EFT.

We accept direct bank transfers. Buyers will need to send proof of payment to us prior to any products being released.

Mobicred through Payfast for buyers that would like to have extended payments for products like Drum Filters.

What to expect when using this payment option:

• Once you’ve selected Mobicred and clicked the “Place my Order” button in the checkout you’ll be redirected to the Payfast portal where you’ll be required to enter your Mobicred Username and Password.
• Enter the one-time pin (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile phone and click the “Pay Now” button
• Your Mobicred account will be debited with the order amount.
• Once you’ve completed the payment process, you will be redirected back to our website confirming your successful order.

If you are unhappy or confused about your purchase, please make contact with us so that we can discuss an alternative product or return of the purchased product.

Once the Koi leaves our premises the responsiblity of the animal is upon the owner.

We will NOT ship or sell a Koi that is unhealthy or sick.

We will take a Koi back again under special circumstances. Please discuss with us prior to make any purchases should you be uncertain about buying a particular Koi available for sale.

The winning bid is the highest amount.
