BioSleep is a specifically formulated natural sedative and has a calming effect on fish.
This prevents stress during handling and topical treatment of fish.
BioSleep has been specifically formulated using high purity extracts of pure clove bud (the fraction that has the highest eugenol content).
The formulation has been optimised to enhance diffusion in water and does not contain any carrier oils, thus significantly reducing the tendency for the oil to coat the gills of fish. The product is stable and consistent, ensuring that the user can accurately gauge dosage requirements. Beware of over-the-counter pharmacy applications that have not been specifically formulated for koi.
In the severest of cases, where fish are unable to eat, they can be humanely euthanised by leaving them in BioSleep until the gills stop moving. They gently go to sleep, without pain or suffering and can then be disposed of.
Store below 25°C in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
