Biocentric BioActive Aquarium

BioActive Aquarium is a biological agent developed primarily for use in the treatment of domestic tropical and marine aquariums.

BioActive Aquarium treats areas of concern for the domestic hobbyist which include the accumulation of waste ions such as ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, phosphates and chemical oxygen demand (COD), which cause deterioration in the quality of the water as well the aesthetics of the system.

Using the competitive exclusion principle, BioActive Aquarium assists with the reduction of pathogenic organisms such as Aeromonas hydrophila thereby minimising the need for the indiscriminate use of chemicals and antibiotics which pose a significant risk to consumers and the fish themselves.
